“Prayers Go Up…Blessings Come Down”
Do you know of someone who is in need of prayers, but don’t know what to do? A prayer quilt may be just what is needed!
Making a prayer quilt is an inspirational experience. Each person who has a hand in making the quilt, from sewing the squares, layering the top, batting and backing to preparing the quilt to be tied prays for the recipient. Then when the quilt is ready to be tied, it is taken to family, church, club or group and each person that ties a knot will sent a prayer up and sign the note. The recipient will receive a finished quilt along with the signed note explaining the meaning of the quilt and the many who have prayed on their behalf.
